Dear Mary and Rebecca, Thank you so much for the beautiful cake for our wedding. You were blissful to work with in the lead up to the wedding - and i felt confident that the cake would be beautiful (as it was) and would safely be at the reception when we arrives ( which it was).

It was so beautifully presented and fit in with all of the details in the reception room - you would think you had seen it all and made it exactly to fit - not just have used such great intuition from the discussions we had had. And it tasted divine! Our guests had nothing but praise and many enjoyed seconds and thirds.

I have to confess the night of the wedding I didn't get to taste it, as we were to busy doing those bride and groom things at the reception; but I stowed away some pieces and the morning after the wedding I laid in bed with a coffee and ate my cake. I think it was the best way to enjoy it ... and enjoy it I did, every rich, decadent, moist and surprisingly light morsel!

So thank you again - we will defiantly be recommending you to family and friends.
